My original plan for my “resolutions” and “goals,” was to try and get myself back to who i was in my early 20’s. I even went as far as sending Chat GPT a picture of myself when i was 21 and asked it for a plan to get back to this body and energy. But the more I sat with it, the more i realized, my life is actually… so much better now.
I’m more settled.
More secure in my relationships.
More aware of my habits.
More financially literate (getting there at least).
Younger me was fun, sure — but she was also exhausted, chaotic, and lowkey spiraling constantly. I don’t actually want her life back, I just want her energy. And that’s what 2026 is about for me: refining myself without pressure, direction without obsession, and building a life i don’t need to escape from.
What that actually looks like:
- A Non Negotiable Skincare Routine
I don’t mean a 50-step TikTok routine.
Just something to do every morning to feel fresh and every night to wind down.
Consistency>complexity.

2. Movement (Yes it’s cheesy—I know)
I hate that this has to be part of my list, but it is what it is. If you’re going to be a hotter version of yourself in 2026, you’re going to have to workout.
For me, it’s Solid Core and “hot girl walks.” Find what works for you and commit to it.
Toxic, I know, but i motivate and bribe myself with new workout sets. I buy one to get me motivated to get back after it, and then reward myself for the milestones.

3. A Vision Board That Isn’t Delusional
Not a Birkin Bag and a ride on a private jet.
More like: how i want my days to feel.
Calm mornings. A little discipline. A little ease.

4. Comfort Movies and Character Energy
I keep a mental list of movies and shows for when i feel off— and I borrow personalities from them.
Need confidence? Channel Blair Waldorf.
Need softness? Put on a Nancy Meyers movie.
Need discipline? Watch Devil Wears Prada.
It’s not escapism — it’s inspiration on demand.
5. Hot-Girl Hobbies
Things that make you interesting, keep you grounded, and anything to keep you unglued from your phone.
Reading. Cooking. Needlepoint. DIY projects.
Nothing dramatic. Just habits that compound.
6. Be More Productive (But Not Miserable)
Productivity doesn’t mean doing everything.
It means doing what actually moves your life forward — and letting the rest go
7. Audit, Edit, Let Go
Closet included.
Sell. Donate. Rewear.
Thread up and Poshmark are my go to’s

We don’t need to be 21 again.
Let’s just show up for the life we already have — with a little more intention, confidence, and polish.
Same girl.
Better routine.
Calmer energy.
Still a Broke Snob.
Happy New Year, besties.
XOXO,
Sam
